A:Answer Dear customer,
Let us provide you the following information.
If you cannot send or receive MMS messages, follow the steps below:
Check whether mobile data is disabled. If it is disabled, you will not be able to send or receive MMS messages. Enable mobile data and then try again.
If signal reception is poor, move to an area with better reception and then try again.
Check that you have entered the correct number for the recipient. Change the number if necessary and then try again.
Check whether the MMS message is larger than 300 KB. If it is larger, delete some content until the message is within the limit and then try again.
Check that you have sufficient calling credit. If necessary, top up your balance and then try again.
If your phone's internal storage is full, delete some files and then try again. Ensure that you have at least 300 KB of free storage space.
If the issue persists, try the following:
Check the APN settings on your phone. Go to Settings and touch More > Mobile network . Select Access Point Name for the SIM card you want to check.
If the settings are correct, disable Wi-Fi and try again.
If you still cannot send MMS messages, insert your SIM card into another phone and try sending an MMS message. If the message sends, back up your data and then restore your phone to factory settings.
