• If Jamaica has the BLA-A09 model number like the 48 contiguous states, then it will be dual SIM, it does not have microSD storage though.

• I know nothing about the Jamaican part of your question, but I do know that it does not work with an SD card. However, it comes standard with 128 gb and 6 gb of ram.
