A:AnswerMine is on the AT&T networks and it works great on it. It says it can connect to any network but If you go into best buy, they could answer that question for you a lot better.
A:AnswerThere are adapters for eu verses us plug/power, but you can't exchange for them cause it's a type of converter, I would think, but can't imagine they cost more than 20 bucks or so.

I kindly recommend you to check with your Colombian carrier if they work with these frequencies. If so, you will be able to connect to the 4G network, otherwise you will have less signal intensity. It will also depend on the carrier´s coverage.
If you are going to travel, enjoy your trip with your Mate 9 ! Thank you again for choosing Huawei !
A:AnswerI will answer the warranty question which is- 1 year. I'll assume from Best Buy's silence that there will be no Classes for Newbies and that the ans. to the Geek Squad question is most likely "now" and "nope". Last Q., Consumer Reports advises against buying cell phone insurance. Hey, thanks, Holly ! No prob, Holly, glad to help.
