To ensure the best performance, we recommend a dedicated 10 Mbps of bandwidth for Hydrow to ensure smooth streaming and a seamless connected-fitness experience. This should be well-within the capability of most homes that use a Broadband internet service (Cable, Fiber etc.) but may not be within the capabilities of your satellite service, particularly if you are unable to successfully stream other video content. You can also use an Ethernet cord to connect directly to your Hydrow. This product may not work as intended without a good WiFi internet connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Shouldn't have a problem, you do have a trial period. Mine is ATT Fiber so its no problem at all with that. Keep the boxes and packing in event you need to return it. But I must say I love my hydrow and it is outstanding.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn’t waste ur $ if u can’t watch the streaming video programs...Lots of equally well built rowing machines out there for much less money...The Hydrow must have fast internet connection
