• To an extent, but this thing is HEAVY. I don't think I'd be as happy with the purchase if I had to store it all the time...luckily we have a spot where it can stay out. Even stored, it still has a decent footprint. And you need another part that is sold separately. I'd consider another rower if easy storage is a big priority.

• Yes, it is very heavy but most of the weight is on the end that stays on the ground
