No its design for one laptop device since it’s USB C 3.0 standard gen 1 5gbps speed and it will be bottleneck if you connect more than one device but if your device is thunderbolt compatible look for certified usb4 ( since it’s 40 GBps speed) or thunderbolt dock stations they will have better speed for multiple workstations.
