“Did any of you get the promotional case that was included with this hypervolt?”

• I did but I had to go to the store to redeem it, the app wasn’t working I added to my cart and only the hypervolt would display only not with the case

• Yes. You needed to add the case manually on top of the Hypervolt. Once you check out, the promotion for the free case will show up (and you'll need to "activate" it). You can try contacting customer service to help you with that. The customer service at Best Buy is usually top notch and very accommodating (at least in my experience).

• Yes it’s a must because there are so many small parts and it’s makss it easy to carry everywhere.
