• Put it in a freezer for 10 minutes so the suction would loosen up. Easy to pull after

• Saw the response from the company saying, just pull hard. This attachment is stuck, been pulling/twisting with a towel and have a blister. It is not coming off. Wish I could change attachments to massage my forearms, hoping I can return mine.

• Removing attachments is easy. While off, simply pull the attachment separating it from the unit.
