“Does this work with the HyperX customization software? I've tried plugging it in to two usb3 ports and it doesn't seem to detect it, but under specifications it says it is customizable. Maybe I need a firmware update?”

• No, it does not work with that software. You can change the mode using the buttons in the top left of the keyboard, and then the Fn + left/right arrow keys to change the single zone color or use Fn + F1/F2/F3/F4/F5 keys to change the colors in the 5-zone mode.
