Mic connection is not working on PC. Help. null

It came with a 'Y' cable. I plugged both ends of the 'Y' cable into the PC, then the one connector goes to the headset.

Make sure the mic and audio are plugged into the back of the PC and not the front panel. I had this issue when I first bought mine.
