Will these work with MacOS null

Yes, this will work with macOS.

Just got mine yesterday for my MBP. Short answer: Yes, it works right out of the box. Just make sure you choose Game for output and Chat for input, like it says in the manual. Longer answer: Pressing the 7.1 Surround Sound button does not do anything. I had to use the built-in MacOS Audio MIDI Setup app to configure it. Otherwise, it defaults to stereo. The mic monitoring toggle doesn't do anything, but I think that's expected. The manual seems to indicate that it only works with PS4. It appears to function by default, though? Mute button works and the LED lights up.

Yes, if you have a usb slot it should sync through there. The Simplicity of it is the reason why I got it.
