“I bought the HyperX Qi charger, but am unsure of what side to place the headset on to charge it. When I plug it in, the side light lights up. However, when just placing the device on the HyperX Qi charger, nothing seems to happen? Is the R or L side?”

Left with the flat (4 side buttons) portion touching qi charger.

You'll know its charging when the light starts blinking green and your wireless charger should also have a light that turns on. If that doesn't work. Start testing other devices on the qi charger to see if it's possibly defective. Also try to find another wireless charger to see if the headset is defective. good luck.
