“I can’t get the headset mic to work with the gaming system, Nintendo switch please advise!”

• Make sure the mic is completely inserted in the headphones. I thought I had the same issue (on my pc) but I didn’t have the mic fully inserted.

• Nintendo Switch does not have a Party-Talk service. If you are talking in a game then make sure there is no "Push to Talk". Push the correct button or just disable the "Push to Talk" button. Go to settings and unbind the "Push to Talk" button.
