• You may have to update the headphones, which is very easy. You can look up YouTube videos that will walk you through the whole process. After updating mine, I was able to use freely on PS4 and Xbox one

• The Surround is supported by the USB cable unit. If the headset is plugged into something using only the 3.5mm plug will get standard stereo. It has to be plugged into the USB cable unit to get Surround.
