“Do these headsets automatically pause what you're listening to if they sense you take them off? My current headset does this, and it's why I'm trying to get rid of them. At the very least, will they have the option to turn this off?”

I don’t think it does. HyperX has an app called Ngenuity and it helps you customize your headset’s settings. Hope this helps :)
