• No. I saw that reviewer post and was concerned too. They may have had a defective device, but the mute switch clicks into place.

• Nope, just make sure you go on the settings to allow your mic to be on during gameplay to talk to people, it’ll be on by itself, but you can also turn it on or off with the attatched button in case you’re not in a talking mood
