• Yes, it will sync. Acting like normal headset and there will be no sound coming out of your TV if its connected unless otherwise changed from settings

• This is a wired headset. No battery life. As for volume it has a rocker on it to adjust plus you can adjust volumes in the ps4 menus as well.

• You can adjust the volume output to the headset but the headset itself doesn't require batteries so there for you you will not see any charging or power status.
