The HyperX Pudding keycaps fit MX style stems and a standard bottom row, so just like NMNappi said, if the Corsair K68 keyboard does not have a standard bottom row, some keycaps will not fit.

They fit my Cherry MX Blue's just fine, you shouldn't have a problem.

Yes, but the corsair keyboards have a non standard bottom row. You could use it on all the keys except a few on the bottom. It will still look great just not every single bottom row key will look right but you wont see much light form the row anyway since the leds tend to be on the north facing part of the switches.
