• You can use wifi in your home or free wifi. There's portable WiFi too. You can use your phone data and turn on the hotspot for WiFi. If you don't have that option, i believe you can purchase gift cards that provide WiFi. Quick Google search can help.

• You can use a tablet for many things without WIFI. If you load books, music, video, pictures on there, you can carry with you wherever you go. Plug into you car and play music. I have a different tablet than this one and have about 25 books to read when I travel.
