The key is on the side of the machine on an address label sized sticker. I did not have a CD. My CD tray did not have any power to it so I took off the side panel and notice the power to it was not plugged in. I called iBuyPower and they directed me on how to quickly fix it (it's been a few years since I've opened one up so wanted to make sure).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They might be different computers with the same case. I have this item and the wifi and the disk tray both work fantastically. The windows key is on the side of the computer that doesnt have the plastic panel. Also, the windows disk is there in case you have to reinstall windows because of your hard drive being corrupted or malfunctioning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you got a different model. Some gaming desktops need to have Ethernet and some you can use wireless. This desktop is a wireless connection which is pretty fast for one. The description is correct about the spec. Also, when booting up the computer, Microsoft Windows 10 is already installed, one just needs to use the key found on the side of the case to activate it. This desktop is distributed by BestBuy, but they do not make it. The computer comes from iBuyPower which is a different company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this exact computer, and it did come with Wifi. I don't use the Wifi, however; it is an option.
