• You have brought up one of the drawbacks to an all-in-one computer. For the most part, you can really add on to it.

• Unless you get a CPU that needs DDR4 RAM you can just reuse the 16 GB that already come with it as it's DDR3 the second best.Also you never finished your question, but you can do all of that.
