I had this same problem too but don't worry its nothing too big if your son is playing games on steam go to the steam window look at the top left click steam then click on downloads then click steam library folders go to add library folder go to the drive that has the 1 TB then name the folder Steam Games (use caps when typing name) then your all set when your son is downloading a game choose the drive with the 1 TB with the folder in it then it should download that game onto your 1 TB hard drive :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you checked to see if it has two drives? To do so go to My Computer and it should have C: drive which is the solid state and a D: drive which should be the terabyte hard drive. If you do not have this contact bestbuy or ibuypower support. They should be able to sort it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On mine, the 1TB HDD was physically present, but after setting up Windows 10 the HDD wasn't visible in Windows Explorer. It did show up in Disk Management and was NTFS formatted, but it was not assigned a drive letter, so that's why it didn't show up. Not sure what happened; I've had lots of Windows PCs over the years, but I've never seen this particular situation before. It's easy to fix if you're not a total NOOB; just bring up disk management and assign a drive letter. Still, kinda strange.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open up the right panel. Are you saying that physically there is not a hard drive installed?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Double check This PC. The second hard drive should be under D or F.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should be on the tempered glass side behind the motherboard. Closer to the front panel. On the topside. 1tb hd.
