I think your downloading everything to the SSD. Change your settings in your browser to download to the hard drive instead. It should be volume D. Also install your programs to that drive. The SSD at that volume should really be used for booting up and critical things.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! When your computer comes installed out of the box, the C: Drive should be reserved for just the OS or small installations. You need to store all additional data on the D: drive. Sometimes the additional 1 TB drive is not yet formatted in Windows. Go to Computer Management (Start, Run, compmgmt.msc), and use the disk manager to format the Drive. This PC came with free Geek Squad setup, so call them if you have questions!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Carolyn, I purchased this computer for my brother at Black Friday and ran into a similar issue. We discovered the drive was not formatted nor assigned a drive letter. To rectify this, you must access the Disk Management tool. This website will walk you through how to access the tool: http://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/7-ways-to-open-disk-management-in-windows-10.html Open the Disk Management tool and you should see an unallocated disk that is approximately 1TB in size. You must format that drive as NTFS and and assign a drive letter. You can point the My Documents folder to the new driver with this guide: http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/how-move-windows-7-personal-folders-my-documents-another-drive.htm
