- Answer No, this PC does not come with an optical drive, if you require an optical disc drive, you will need to acquire either an internal or an external drive separately.

QuestionIs it possible for me to turn off the led light on the front of the case the stripe led if so how?

- Answer Hello! The difference between and BB930 and Trace930 is that the Trace930 comes with a Trace Gaming Case and a H110 motherboard. The BB930 comes with a Slate Gaming Case, B250 motherboard, and an RGB strip. Thank you for your question!

QuestionJust bought the computer but i downloaded World of Warcraft every time i open my character the computer just crashes any idea why i just opened from the box and the only thing i had installed so far and i made sure drivers and windows were all up to date?

QuestionMy computer got into a boot loop and to put it short I have to reinstall windows. I have to wipe either the SSD or HD to do so. I was just wondering, is their anything on those drives that the computer needs in order to function? Or am I okay to wipe them

- Answer Hello, The OS is installed on to the SSD. You may wipe and reinstall the drives with the provided CD's. You will have to reinstall Nvidia drives on their website. Thank you!

- Answer It should work coming out of the box. There is a little tab that is in the battery compartment to disconnect the battery. Pull that out and it should work just fine.

Questioncant play siege. It recommends the lowest of the low. And it says my video memory is only 128mb. I tried to reinstall due to a weird error and now it says failed due to disk write error this problem is only with siege. Do i need to buy something? Help me

- Answer Most of the time, simply the model year, and the case design. BB930 is the older model year, now discontinued. We bought that unit on clearance before the holidays.
