• A:Answer Hello there! The loose SATA cable that's provided is an extra that you can use for any other hardware expansions. If you don't have extra drives, capture cards, etc., you don't need the extra SATA cable. If you do want to use it, you can open the back-side panel and connect from there.

Q: QuestionI see the hdd bays behind the fans but cannot find a way to access them and place my drive there. Is there another way to access them without removing the fans?

Q: QuestionMy cpu idles between 60-65, when i play a game and just log in it jumps to 100 to 105. The GPU is idling at 30-35 and in game 60-70. Wanted to really like the computer. Obviously something is wrong with CPU FAN or something. Cant use it .
