I dont imagine that there is a modular power supply in a system at this price range. The cable should be hidden in the PSU shroud. If it isnt there, you could always use an external hard drive. Or even better, the motherboard has support for 2 M.2 PCIe 4 slots. You could always just add some SSDs for even better performance. Look for "Hyper M.2" on the Mobo. It is very easily accessible, and all you need is a screwdriver. You could always look up a tutorial on how to do it.
