The RAM and GPU memory are well enough to handle these games, but consider getting a higher capacity storage device because the SSD that comes included in the system is only 480 GB. Add on Windows 10 and you're looking at a little under 470GB worth of storage. Worst case scenario, despite the images, buy 2 more 8G sticks that match the 2 provided and that will help the system run smoother. I would really suggest looking into getting another drive to run your games off of so your SSD can strictly run windows, improving your performance massively.
