“At what fps could this game run Minecraft at on high settings, and how well could it take mods installed onto minecraft at low to high settings”

Seeing as I'm running World of Warcraft on mostly ultra settings and get roughly 20-25 fps, I would imagine you would be able to get anywhere from 25-40 on high settings. I also run some pretty heavy addons for WoW and it literally has no effect on my latency, so you should be able to run it just fine with mods. The processor in it is amazing, and you can also enable xboost from the boot menu
