“How would I hook this up to my desktop? All I have is the screen and it works without the big box that you plug up to the computer.”

Hey Mangum3434, There is a supplied power cord that connects to the back of the computer into a wall outlet. For your monitor, there are a few display outputs on the I/O located on the back of the computer as well.
