“I bought the computer and it finally came in. People have said there is a VGA port and that there is a remote to change the color. There is no VGA port or remote of any kind. Did I get the computer I ordered?”

Hi Centenia, You did receive the computer you ordered. We use discreet branded motherboards and lighting which is why yours may differ from other customers. As for the change in color, if you did not receive the remote, there should be an app already installed into your computer that should allow you to change the lighting called "Launch Lighting controller.exe".

However, the connection you want to use is the HDMI port on the graphics card, I tried using the VGA connection but the Hdmi is better because its directly in the graphics card which is where you will get the best image from. So while its something that you might want to inquire to customer service about, the VGA isn`t really needed. As for the remote, I was confused that one did not come with this PC, so upon checking the store page, it actually did not mention the remote, so that picture posted on the site was likely wrong. The good news is that your PC should come pre-installed with a program called "Launch lighting controller.exe". Hope this helps you.
