A:AnswerDude, yes... it will hold An ATX motherboard. You'll have to move some standoffs. There is a legend inside that tells you where to put them. I Got a Asus Maximus X hero in mine (which has an integrated IO shield.) If i was able to put this beast in the case. I believe most any ATX will fit.
