I have not yet bought this PC but I have been asking the same question. But it seems that this computer is slightly better because the core clocks at 3.5 GHz when the other clock at 3.0. This PC also comes with the ability to connect to WiFi when the other doesn't if that is important to you. I am planning to get this PC soon and I can update you on how it goes

I'm actually an employee at Best Buy and i work for Geek Squad as a Consultation Agent. I recently purchased this fine machine for myself and noticed that the motherboard wasn't the same as the "iBUYPOWER Certified representative" had stated. It is actually an Asrock 970M Pro3 motherboard rather than the aforementioned representatives motherboard. I see that I am unfortunately late to the party with this reply, but hopefully this helps others in their computer purchasing adventures!
