Make sure you connect the HDMI cable into the Graphics card, and NOT the motherboard. That is a no no. Next, make sure your monitor is on the right signal, whether that be Display Port, VGA, or HDMI. Most people make the mistake of connecting their HDMI directly into the motherboard, which is why you get no signal output. Do NOT get a new monitor or computer until you have tested everything or taken it to a professional. I hope this helps you! :)
