Q: QuestionWhy does the desktop have 8 gb of ram. When it's says 16 also why are all the parts on the system the cheapest that you can possibly buy that in that specific hardware ?

• A:Answer It clearly says 16 and it is 16. As far as the cheap part goes well when comparing it to a 2500 dollar system it clocks higher and has most of the same hardware. This pc is really good and stacks up to most of the high end Gaming PC's.

Q: QuestionWhat is the cooling system and cooling brand on this desktop? Would it be good to buy a better system or is it adequate, what would you recommend?

We use various brands of coolers depending on what we have in stock at the time of assembly, so unfortunately we cannot provide the brand of the cooler. Q: QuestionSpecs say 2 external 5.25” drive bays available, but main photo only shows 1 horizontally oriented. Some other photos appear to show 2 bays, but vertically oriented. What’s the truth about the 5.25 in bay(s)? I’d like to have 2 bays.
