• Hello Caleb, Yes, this PC can run 16GB memory. We would recommend taking out the existing ram, as using two different RAM sticks may cause issues. We use various brands of motherboards depending on what we have in stock, so unfortunately we cannot provide information about the motherboard. • I dont know for sure but you can most likely add another RAM stick to get to 16
