Hello, When you open your file explorer, there should be 2 folders, one for your SSD and one for your hard drive. If you do not see the hard drive, it may mean that it is not installed correctly, probably due to a loose cable that occurred during transit. If that is the case, please give us a call at (888)-618-6040 and our technical support will be able to assist you further in resolving this. Our Technical Support hours are Mon - Fri from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST. Thank you for your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 1TB internal drive is simply not big enough for a great deal of games nowadays. I have an 8TB backup drive plugged into the rear port on my PC. I play games from there. STEAM actually recognizes the backup drive and asks if I want to load games there. The games play flawlessly from the backup drive and that frees up the main drive for regular computer operations which gives me really fast performance on the main computer. I have used about 2TB of the backup drive and I can load just about anything I want there.
