Yes fortnite and streaming runs perfect. I have pub g at 1920x1080 all high and I experienced some lag when jumping and parachuting while streaming. Still playable though. With out streaming pubg it runs great

A faster/stronger processor and more memory would be able to handle the stress of multitasking different applications. Your internet connection can also be a limiting factor when it comes to gaming performance.
