- Answer Hello, The only tool you would need to install more storage is a screwdriver to get the case open. You can have either and SSD or HDD depending on what you would like.

- Answer Hello, There is no correct memory speed you need to upgrade to. The computer works with many different speeds of RAM. We recommend that you choose memory speed that is equal to how much your motherboard can support.

QuestionI was setting up dual monitors on this PC, but had trouble setting up because of 1 HDMI port in motherboard and 1 in Graphics card, I even bought an HDMI splitter so I could hook up both but still didn't work. Any way I could get this to work?

- Answer Hello, Nothing will happen if you plug the HDMI into the motherboard. Any monitor connections you make must be plugged into the graphics card. If there is only one HDMI port on the graphics card, you will need to get a DisplayPort cable or adapter to make your other HDMI connection work.
