“I tried upgrading from 1×8GB of ram to 2×8GB of ram, but only 1 stick is working. So my question is, does the motherboard in this pc support two sticks of ram? Or did i mess up when i installed the new ram”

• Hi Bud, A few things to note when upgrading ram. Make sure both sticks of ram are the same speed/type. In this case, make sure both sticks are DDR4 SDRAM 2666Mhz unless you have 2 new sticks that are faster. Thank you for the question.
