“What type of glass panel does this take? Where would I get another one of these? Is there a reason mine has a streaking film on it? Less than three days old”

The glass is just basic tempered glass. You can probably replace it if you find a piece with the exact same dimensions and drill the holes in the right places (use a glass drill bit). The PC came with a removable film that you were supposed to take off before using it. You have to unscrew the screws holding the glass in place to get it off all the way, but just see if you can peel the film off.
