It only includes the keyboard and mouse. I purchased everything else separately. You may also want to get some extra ram, if you are planning on playing multiple games. 8gb was not enough for me.

The control is via software. It on your desktop upon boot up. Solid PC the only thing I wish it came with is 16bg of ram but it's an easy upgrade and won't hurt the bank too bad.

No, There is no remote that comes with this PC to control the LEDs. The LED color and illuminations are configured with the installed software application.
