the cord is probably not pushed in fully, it happened to me. It takes more force to plug the power cable into the power supply then you think.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wish I had more in depth advice to help you but I don’t. When I got mine I just simply set it up, plugged in an hdmi first then tried out a display port cable, both worked. And haven’t had any problems since. Have you checked inside the pc to make sure everything is connected, and maybe a cable you’re using isn’t working or maybe the monitor has an issue?
