• Hello Exterminated. Thanks for your question! It is not a dumb question at all. Behind the computer on the Graphics Card there are multiple display ports. They range from HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, DisplayPort, etc. Any monitor will work as long as you have the appropriate cable to connect the two. Even a TV could work. • you can use any as long as it has hdmi, displayport, or dvi inputs

• You can use any monitor with this PC as long as you have the cables to connect them (Either HDMI or DisplayPort.)
