the difference between PC monitors and TVs was more apparent a decade ago when they used different connectors, the difference nowadays is similar to the difference between which wall plug you use in your house, you can use a 70 inch TV or a 27 inch Monitor, literally no difference and doesnt matter, tho if you are 2 feet away from your screen you will have a better experience with anything between 24-32 inches, I use a 27 inch by ASUS, the farther away you are the bigger the screen you should have, so if your as far away from your screen as your TV when your on the couch(6-20 feet) then you should use a giant TV screen complimenting the distance, tho I recommend being 2 feet away and use a 24-32, your going to be reading small text often and your mouse cursor is relatively small meant for close ranges, if you are far away you can increase text size and cursor size but as I said, not recommended as its much more cost efficient to just be 2ft away with a 27inch
