Yes it is. It has a RTX 2070. Plenty of juice to run your Vive or similar headset.

Yes it is VR ready. I run an Oculus Rift with 3 sensors and it works great. A couple of things to keep in mind. You need 3 USB 3.0 ports minimum. There is 4 on this computer. If you run a 3rd sensor, you need an additional USB 2.0 port. There are 2 on this machine. If you use the stock keyboard and mouse, those will use the 2 USB 2.0 ports. I solved this by purchasing a bluetooth keyboard and mouse so it freed up the 2 USB 2.0 ports. Also, there is a single HDMI port which is needed for the headset. So to hook up my monitor, I had to purchase a Display Port to HDMI cable (I believe there are 2 display ports on this system)
