I asked the cashier too but mine came in an email shortly after. I believe the cashier said I could contact Best Buy customer service if I did not receive the email.

I didn't have mine so I went back to BestBuy and they did some magic and got the code printed out for me with a manager.

Please try again later.I got a redemption code that I tried redeeming through Nvidia website and somehow the code didn’t work, they mention that it was expire code , so I contacted the Best Buy guys through their web chat and they’ll be sending me another code within 24 hours
