• It is most likely just the GPU kicking into high gear. These specs should easily be able to stream.

• si puedo transmitir pero la calidad de la imagen se mira muy baja y habeces eso puede darce por el calentamiento a mi me a dado buenas transmiciones pero despues comienza a correr el ventilador mas rapido si solo usa el procesador y baja los fps te dire que por ratos no se si transmito a 480p o realmente me esta dando los 1080p
