• you need to buy what is called a dp corr. (i got one off amazon) it plugs into the back of the pc next to the hdmi plug in and goes right into your monitor. if your monitor only has an hdmi plug in, you can also order cord that are dp to hdmi. meaning one end is meant for the pc, one is meant for the monitor. hope this helps
