I'm not sure whether or not it has any manufacturers warranty or not. I had a similar issue with mine, it turned out that my ssd was junk, and this contained my windows operating system. So if I would turn on my pc, it would go straight to my bios. If this is the same thing, then you will have to install a new OS onto your HDD to get the computer to boot again.
