• A:Answer Sadly.. you will or at least should take it back. It isn't worth messing with. Those PCs are junk. I had 2 that failed for different reasons in a 2 month time span. IBuypower PCs are better! Good luck

• A:Answer You plug in all of those items into the usb ports available in the back or top of the tower. As for the headphones they should be plugged into the jack provided also in the back or top. Yes, it does come with Windows 10.
